ESI specializes in being an affordable, high-quality real estate photography option for agents and teams that would like to spend closer to $100 than three or four on their non-luxury <$1M listings. Our goal is to capture only the best and most necessary vantage points of the home that potential buyers need to see and the shots that make you look good when going through the sales pitch to win your next client.

In lieu of drones, we use a pole for elevated shots when requested. Another cost saving measure we implement is to include community amenity photos of areas like parks, shopping or dining within walking distance the same as any other photo and not a separate line-item charge.

ESI’s owner/photographer (Bryan) spent over twelve years in the real estate marketing technology field. He worked with counterparts and leadership in some of the most trusted real estate brands nationwide during that time. He’s knowledgeable about topics ranging from call to action at the curb, mobile real estate websites, real estate phone systems and many other topics related to the real estate marketing technology field. He might have a helpful opinion about something unrelated to photography about marketing a listing if you ask him.

The word “Imaging” is included in the business name because we also offer photo scanning and editing services. We can fix issues like discoloration, distortion, geometry issues and scratches in most old photographs. We can come to you and scan/edit your photos without taking them with us and then send a download link for you to obtain the edited photographs.
